1. Introduction

The hot Bending Machine uses hot bending equipment and fixtures such as ovens and graphite molds. The glass is first heated to the softening point, and the 3D curved surface curvature of the glass is fixed by freely fitting mold forming or mold pressure forming, and then cooling and forming . This machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) control and man-machine interface control. The cruise mode can be set, and you can operate without interruption by pressing the switch once, eliminating the drawback of pressing the switch once for every operation. It is convenient to maintain and adjust, and accurately alarm and display the fault point when the equipment fails.

2. Working principle

This system uses one system to control two working positions at the same time. Two manipulators using two servos to take molds and press materials at the left and right positions. The complementary heating and forming of two working positions are adopted, so that the least resources can be used to achieve the highest benefit. There are also two steps to adjust the height of the left and right abrasive tools through force induction. Makes the glass more stable during molding, so as to get the best molding effect.

Three, the plan

The control system uses the dimensional control man-machine interface LEVI70LK, and the controller plc uses LX3V-1616MT-A plus an analog input module LX3V-4AD, and an analog output module LX3V-2DA-BD.
This system, through the cooperation of PLC and servo, makes high-precision film forming and achieves the best forming effect. Use the analog quantity to collect the temperature of the infrared sensor to meet the temperature control requirements. The output current of the high-frequency machine is controlled through the analog output, and the heating speed can be modified at any time.

2. Setting interface: It is divided into 5 setting interfaces, namely motor speed setting, left side pressing setting, right side pressing setting, and comprehensive setting. The left side pressing and the right side pressing mainly set the Y-axis servo to set the pressing position, pressing time and number of times during molding. The comprehensive setting is to set all the parameter settings and time settings except the servo.


3. Manual interface: It can test whether each motor and cylinder are operating normally.


Five, program control introduction

1. Step left and right to adjust the height through force control. In the press molding process, when the current strength is greater than the set strength, step down until the current strength is less than the set strength.
